2. The instant bail application has been preferred by the petitioner for grant of regular bail for the offences registered under Sections 137(2), 96, 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to malafide intention of the informant and village politics. Learned counsel further submits that victim being major left her parental house due to love and affection with the petitioner and she has stated the said fact in her statement recorded u/s. 180 of B.N.S.S. Learned counsel further submits that charge-sheet has been submitted in this case and as such, there is no question of tampering of evidence. He further submits that petitioner is languishing in custody since 15.05.2025; as such, the petitioner may be enlarged on bail. Learned counsel further submits that the petitioner is ready to abide by every condition imposed by this court.
4. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.
5. Having regard to the facts of the case and looking to the period of custody as well as the statement of the victim recorded u/s. 180 of B.N.S.S.; I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only) with two sureties of the
2026:JHHC:5748 2 like amount each to the satisfaction of Ms. Kanchan Kumar, J.M.-VI, Ranchi in connection with Bundu P.S. Case No. 51/2025.
6. It is made clear that the petitioner shall appear on each and every date before the learned trial court and if any adverse report will come against the petitioner, learned trial court shall be at liberty to cancel the bail of the petitioner.
