learned Judge, Family Court-01 (West), Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi in HMA No. 2504/2025 titled „Abhishek Mahajan v. Shilpa Mahajan‟ vide which, certain orders with regard to interim custody of the child and visitation arrangements were provided.

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the impugned
order has been passed without considering the opinions and views of individuals such as the 12 year old daughter who is suffering from autism and is under therapy and further two other children aged about 6 to 7 years old.
7. It is further submitted that the learned Family Court has passed the impugned order without interacting with the children nor the therapist, which are relevant to the entire controversy.
8. Without going into the merits of the present appeal, we permit the appellant to move a fresh application within a period of three days before the learned Family Court which shall consider all the parties concerned and interact with all the relevant persons (parents, children and therapists) and pass appropriate orders after hearing them all expeditiously within a period of two weeks.
9. With the aforesaid, the appeal along with pending applications, if any, stands disposed of.
