He further submits they have valid ground to raise objections in the revision in respect of the claim made by the revision petitioner. 2. Taking note of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner herein/respondent in Crl.RC., this Crl.M.P., is allowed and an opportunity is to be given to the respondent in the revision to raise his objections. 4. Accordingly, this Crl.M.P., is allowed. The order passed in Crl.R.C.No.2178 of 2025 dated 29.10.2025 is recalled. 5. Post the Crl.R.C., after restoration before the regular roster Bench on 09.06.2026.
