The present writ petition has been filed on 15.01.2022 and the same is still under defects. 2. Although the present writ petition is defective, but the relief prayed for is as follows :- “(a) for issuance of an appropriate writ/ order/ direction upon the concerned respondents to make payment of the dues of the petitioner amounting to Rs.4,18,154/- for the work done for the financial year 2013-14 under the Micro Irrigation Mission Programme for 8.81 acres (3.5 Hectares) which is due since long for the work done by M/s.
