JUSTICE ASHOK S.KINAGI ORAL ORDER The petitioner has filed this petition seeking the following reliefs: a) Issue a writ of certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order or direction quashing the impugned notification issued by the 1st respondent. b) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, directing the respondent to permit the petitioner to apply for revaluation or any other equal means. c) Declare that by virtue of the judgment of this Hon’ble Court at Annexure-B in WP.No.1940/2022 and other connected cases, the petitioners being Indian citizens are eligible and entitled to participate in the revaluation process. d) Costs of this petition and such other and further reliefs as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit to grant, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case on the interests of justice and equity. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:10011 WP No. 10668 of 2025 2. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that, the petitioner appeared for the subsequent examination held in the month of September 2025 and the petitioner has passed the said examination. The learned counsel for the respondent has produced the marks sheet to show that the petitioner has already passed the subsequent examination held in the month of September 2025. 3. The submission is taken on record. 4. In view of the same, nothing survives for consideration in this writ petition. Accordingly, writ petition is disposed off as having rendered infructuous. 5.
