The petitioner is an accused in connection with Garu P.S. Case No. 33/2025. 3. The daughter of the informant was lured by an accused to village Kotam where Mustafa Alam @ Monu @ Farhan Khan had physical relationship with her. The daughter of the informant later on committed suicide. 4. Submission has been advanced by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that the main accused who had established physical relationship with the deceased was Mustafa Alam @ Monu @ Farhan Khan. 5. It has been submitted that as per the confessional statement of Mustafa Alam @ Monu @ Farhan Khan it seems that the petitioner had taken the deceased to the house of the main accused where the incident had taken place. 6. Learned Counsel submits that the petitioner is in custody since 13.01.2026 7. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. ( 2026:JHHC:7926 ) 8. Regard being had to the fact that the main allegation seems to be levelled against Mustafa Alam @ Monu @ Farhan Khan, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl.
