Mr. Rajpal Thakur, Additional Advocate General, for the non-applicants/ respondents. This is a decided case. By way of this application, a prayer has been made for correction in the memo of parties. Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the name of the petitioner at serial No.45 is Sneh Lata, whereas inadvertently, the name has been mentioned in the memo of parties as Lata only. Similarly, the Belt number of petitioner No.39 has been inadvertently mentioned as 322 instead of Belt No.07. Accordingly, a prayer has been made to allow the said corrections to be incorporated in the memo of parties and take on record the amended memo of parties. In light of the prayers made in the application, the same is allowed and the name of petitioner No.45 be treated as Kiran Lata instead of Lata and the Belt number of petitioner No.39 shall be read as Belt No.07 instead of Belt No.322.
