Heard Sri Butta Vijaya Bhasker Babu, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Divya Theja, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue for the respondents 1 to 4 and Sri G.Sekhar Reddy, learned counsel for the respondents 5 and 6. 2. The petitioner filed the above writ petition complaining that the 4th respondent failed to consider the representations dated 30.03.2026 and 06.08.2026 and entertaining mutation in favour of third parties, in respect of lands in S.No.625/3 to an extent of Ac.2.78 cents; S.No.620 to an extent of Ac.10.24 cents and S.No.618 to an extent of Ac.4.80 cents situated at Chanugondla village, Gudur Mandl, Kurnool District. 3. Sri Divya Theja, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue for the respondents 1 to 4, submitted the order passed by the 4th respondent- Tahsildar vide Rc.B.11/ROR/2025, dated 31.07.2026. A copy of the order is handed over to learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar. 4. Since a speaking order was passed by the 4th respondent, the prayer sought in the writ petition is misconceived. In fact, the grievance of the petitioner is redressed. 5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is Closed. No order as to costs.
However, this order will not preclude the petitioner from challenging the order passed by the 4th respondent vide Rc.B.11/ROR/2025, dated 31.07.2026, if he is aggrieved.
