By this application, the respondent no.1-claimant seeks permission to withdraw the amount in pursuance of compromise of the matter before the National Lok Adalat held on 14.03.2026. 2. This court has noticed the fact that the counsel who has moved this application has not obtained ‘’No Objection’’ from earlier counsel. Therefore, the claimants were directed to remain present before this court to clarify this position. Accordingly, the claimants are present before this court and stated that they have voluntarily appointed the counsel namely, Advocate Mohit Wadhwani. In view of this, I am satisfied that the claimants have appointed the counsel as per their choice. 3. For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. The respondent no.1-claimant is permitted to withdraw an amount of Rs.7,13,710/- deposited before this court along with accrued interest thereon, subject to satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial). 4.
