1. The present appeal has been filed under Section 19 of the Family Courts Act, 1984 & other relevant enabling provision of Guardian and Wards Act, 1890 assailing the order dated 31.01.2026 passed by the learned Family Court.
2. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the appellant prays to withdraw the present appeal with liberty to file appropriate application before the learned Family Court itself on account of change in circumstances, pointing out the adverse effects of the impugned order onto the child.
3. In case such an application is filed, we hope and trust that the learned Family Court to pass a fresh order expeditiously in accordance with law taking into consideration, the merits of the case and after interacting with the child and all the parties concerned.
