Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of respondent- State on written instructions submits that the police referred the FIR in Crime No.477 of 2024 of Jammalamadugu U/G Police Station, YSR Kadapa District as “Civil in Nature” vide C.No.06/SDPO-JMD/2026 dated 17.01.2026 issued by the concerned authority. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners also acceded to the submission made by learned Assistant Public Prosecutor. 4. Copy of proceedings in C.No.06/SDPO-JMD/2026 dated 17.01.2026 issued by the concerned authority is made part of the record. 6 5. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is closed, as the main criminal case itself was referred as “Mistake of Fact”. However, it is made clear that all the remedies are left open to the respective parties to proceed, in accordance with the law.
