Order No.02/Dated- 26.02.2026 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP. 2. The petitioner has been made an accused in connection with Cyber P.S. Case No.148 of 2025 registered for offences punishable under Section 111(2)(b), 111(3), 111(4), 319(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 61(2) of B.N.S., 2023 and Section 66B, 66C, 66D and 84(C) of I.T. Act, which is pending in the Court of Learned Addl. Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Cyber Crime Cases, Deoghar. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case only on the basis of recovery of mobile phone which has no bearing in the alleged offence. No incriminating material has been recovered against the petitioner and charge-sheet has been submitted against the petitioner. It has further been submitted that one of the co-accused namely Bablu Das @ Bablu Kumar Das has been granted bail by the co- ordinate bench of this Court in B.A. No. 701 of 2026. Petitioner undertakes to cooperate in the trial of the case and abide by all terms and conditions which may be imposed. Hence, the petitioner may be admitted to bail. 4. Learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 5. Considering the aforesaid circumstances of the case, the nature of allegation against the petitioner and the fact that charge-sheet has been submitted, I find substance in the contentions raised on behalf of petitioner. Therefore, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Learned Addl. 2026:JHHC:5702 Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Cyber Crime Cases, Deoghar in connection with Cyber P.S.
