Dutta, learned counsel for the petitioners. Also heard Mr. M.P. Goswami, learned Additional P.P. for the State. 2. This is an application filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, whereby the petitioner, Smt. Neha Begum has prayed for releasing her on bail after she was arrested in connection with Dibrugarh P. S. Case No.103/2026, under Sections 109(2), 112(2)/3 (5) of BNS, 2023 read with Section 25(1)(a) of Arms Act. 3. On 11.04.2026, some people, namely, Abdul Mintu @ Mintu Ali and Rinku Ali both the sons of Late Babujan Ali, Sono Ali, Alfaj Ali had fired pistol towards Abid Ahmed. The bullet fired by Abdul Mintu Ali had hit Abid Ali on his left eye. Thereafter, the present petitioner, namely, Smt. Neha Begum, who is the wife of the aforesaid Abdul Mintu Ali and some other persons physically assaulted Abid Ali. 4. The Police forwarding report states that the present petitioner, Neha Begum was only standing at the place of occurrence. 5. The petitioner was granted interim bail by order dated 11.06.2026 on medical grounds. 6. It is submitted that the petitioner, who is a lady is suffering from a form of cancer called squamous cell carcinoma and in this regard diagnostic report issued by Health City Hospital has been placed on record. Page No.# 3/3 7. Considering the above, the prayer for bail is allowed. 8. The order of interim bail dated 11.06.2026 is hereby made absolute on the same terms and conditions. 9.
