GP FOR REVENUE The Court made the following order: Heard Sri M.Sapthagiri, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Divya Teja, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, for respondents 1 to 4. The notice in respect of respondents 6 to 11 is dispensed with since no adverse order has been passed affecting their rights or interests. 2. The grievance of the petitioner is that respondents 4 and 5 are attempting to dispossess the petitioner from an extent of Ac.1.46 cents in Sy.No.60-1 and Ac.0.85 cents in Sy.No.61-1 of Kongavanipalem Village, Bhogapuram Mandal, Vizianagaram District, without following due procedure. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is the absolute owner and possessor of the aforementioned property. The name of the petitioner was updated in the Record of Rights. Copies of ROR -1B Adangals are filed as Ex.P.1 to 3, and a registered document dated 29.12.2020 is filed as Ex.P5. Learned counsel for the petitioner would further submit that respondents 4 and 5 are attempting to dispossess the petitioner from the aforementioned property, without issuing any notice. 4. Sri Divya Teja, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, submitted the instructions of the 4th respondent and submitted that the 4th respondent is not interfering with the aforementioned property. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of, at the stage of admission, with the consent of both the learned counsel, directing the 4th respondent not to interfere with an extent of Ac.1.46 cents in Sy.No.60-1 and Ac.0.85 cents in Sy.No.61-1 of Kongavanipalem Village, Bhogapuram Mandal, Vizianagaram District without following due procedure. There shall be no order as to costs.
