The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Satgawan P.S. Case No.109 of 2025, for offence registered under section 316(2), 318(2), 336(3), 338, 352, 351(2), 3(5) of BNS, 2023, pending in court of learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Koderma. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not been paid any money for transaction of the land and the said money has been received by Ram Kishore Choudhary. He next submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph no.9 of the petition. 4. Learned State counsel opposes prayer and submits that at the time of paying the money to Ram Kishore Choudhary, the petitioner was present. 5. Considering that the only allegation is there that he was present at the time of taking money by Ram Kishore Choudhary and the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as aforesaid, petitioner above named is directed to surrender before learned court within two weeks from today and learned court shall release petitioner, above named, on such terms and conditions as well as sureties as learned court may deem fit and proper. 6.
