Quash impugned award dated 17.12.2023 ( Annexure- P6) passed by the sole arbitrator appointed by the management of respondent No.1 to 3. (ii). To direct respondents No. 1 to 3 to hand over the possession of truck bearing registration No. HP-71A-3999 to the petitioner as seizure of truck with the help of goons and muscleman without issuing any legal proceeding is bad in law. (iii). To direct respondent No.5 not to issue no objection certificate of the sale of truck bearing registration No. HP71A- 3999 as the sale of truck without the prior intimation to the petitioner is bad in law.” 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? yes 2 2.
