Janjgir-Champa (CG) for the offence under Sections 354(C), INDRAJEET SAHU Digitally signed by INDRAJEET SAHU Date: 2026.02.05 16:57:28 +0530 2 354(D), 509(B) of IPC and Section 67(A) of the Information and Technology Act as also the consequential criminal proceedings pending in the form of Criminal Case No.308/2021.” 2 The matter is listed for orders on default. From the first date of hearing of the present petition, the petitioner was granted time to remove defaults on 16.08.2023, 24.02.2023 and 05.04.2024, however till date neither default has been removed nor the counsel for petitioner is present before the court to press the petition. It transpires that the petitioner has lost his interest in prosecuting the petition. 3 In view of above, this court is left with no other option, but to dismiss the petition on this ground alone. 4 Accordingly, the petition stands dismissed. 5 Let as copy of this order be sent to the trial court concerned for information and necessary action.
