This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to pay a sum of Rs.20,43,248/- due to the petitioner, towards the works executed by him. 3. When the matter has been taken up for consideration today, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent Nos.3 to 6/Municipality has placed before the Court a copy of instructions received by him in the case. A perusal of the same would reflect that, due to the severe financial constraints being faced by the Nandyal Municipality, sought for six months time for clearance of the pending bills. 4. Having regard to the above, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition, directing the respondents to release the amounts that are due to the petitioner within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of the order. 5. With the above observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
