Biswas, the learned counsel appearing for the applicants. Also heard the learned senior counsel Mr. K. Agarwal assisted by Ms. P Neog, the learned counsel representing the respondents. 2. This Interlocutory Application has been filed under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure praying for leave to amend the cause title of the connected CRP(IO) Page No.# 3/3 No.304/2026 and the I.A.(Civil) No.2274/2026. 3. In fact, the applicants missed to implead M/S. Binjraj Ashram (AOP) as one of the petitioners/applicants in the connected petition as well as in the Interlocutory Application. 4. Now, the applicants/petitioners have prayed for impleading the said entity as one of the applicants/petitioners. 5. Mr. Agarwal has submitted that he has no objection to the prayer my by the applicants. 6. After hearing the learned counsels for both sides, the prayer of the applicants are allowed. 7. M/S. Binjraj Ashram (AOP) shall be impleaded as one of the respondents/applicants in the connected CRP(IO) No.304/2026 and the I.A.(Civil) No.2274/2026. 8. The corrections shall be done in the title page of the connected revision petition as well as in the Interlocutory Application. With the above direction, the present I.A. is disposed of.
