Keshri, A.P.P. 02/22.01.2026 :- Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State. 2. The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Jirwabari P.S. Case No. 175 of 2025 registered under section 96 of BNS, 2023, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate at Sahibganj. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the daughter of the informant had gone to met her Aunt without informing her family members and the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that when this aspect has been realized by the family members then the informant filed joint compromise petition contained in Annexure-2. He submits that petitioner is in custody since 08.09.2025. 3. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits that allegations are there of taking away minor girl. 5. Annexure-2 is joint compromise petition and it has been stated that the informant’s daughter had gone to met with her aunt ( 2026:JHHC:1787 ) 2 and further the petitioner is in custody since 08.09.2025. 6. In the attending facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, shall be released on regular bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate at Sahibganj in connection with Jirwabari P.S.
