The petitioners are only seeking decisions on their applications for grant of approval for conducting LL.B., B.A.LL.B. (in both the petitions) , and B.B.A.LL.B. (in W.P.(C) 8637/2026) Courses for the Academic Session 2026-27. 3. For the reasons stated in the petition, issue notice. 4. Mr. Singh, learned standing counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondent and states that the applications under the notification of 24.02.2026 are misconceived as well as deemed to have been rejected. 5. However, I am of the view that the respondent should pass a speaking order considering the application and the averments made in the present writ petition, in accordance with the applicable notifications. 6. Let the needful be done within 2 weeks from today. 7. With these directions, the petitions are disposed of. 8.
