This writ petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to direct the Uttarakhand Human Rights Commission to decide the Complaint Case No.1476/35/12/2019 expeditiously within a stipulated time period. 2. Heard Mr. Ravi Bisht, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Abhijay Negi, learned counsel for the respondent. 3. Mr. Ravi Bisht, Advocate submitted that the said complaint is pending since the year, 2019. 4. Mr. Abhijay Negi, Advocate appearing for the respondent has sought, on instructions, two months period to decide the said complaint by the respondent. 1 2026:UHC:1270 5. Under the said circumstances, the respondent is requested to decide the Complaint Case No.1476/35/12/2019 expeditiously, but not later than two months from the date of production of the certified copy of this order. 6. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merit of the case. 7.
