The present application has been filed with a prayer for allowing amendment of the pleadings made in the connected writ petition being WP (C) No. 52 of 2026 as proposed in paragraphs No. 3 & 4 of the present application. It has been submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that no new case has been made out by the proposed amendment and unless such amendment is allowed, the petitioner will be greatly prejudiced. Mrs. L. Monomala, learned GA appearing for the respondents fairly submitted that she has no objection in allowing the amendment as proposed in the present application.
