From the order at Annexure-01 of this writ petition as contained in Memo No. 1653 dated 04.08.2023, I find that the Managing Director, Jharkhand Bijli Vitran Nigam Limited has also directed to consider the case of the petitioner and take a decision as per the law in respect of the aforesaid claim of the petitioner. Since already an order has been passed, this writ petition is misconceived. Thus, I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition. 4. Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed.
