The affidavit of service filed in Court today is kept with the record. 2. The petitioner has filed the present writ application challenging the show-cause notice issued by the respondent authorities dated February 23, 2026 wherein it is alleged that the petitioner failed to transfer the registration certificate as well as PESO licence in the name of the petitioner within a period of four months from the date of receipt of LOA. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on receipt of the show-cause notice, the petitioner has already submitted the reply disclosing the registration certificate as well as PESO licence but subsequently, the PESO licence has further renewed on January 20, 2026 upto March 27, 2026 and she prays for filing of the supplementary affidavit disclosing the said documents. 2 4. Learned counsel for the respondent authorities submits that though the authorities have issued the show-cause notice and the petitioner has filed the reply but the authorities have not taken any decision till date. 5. In view of the above, the petitioner is given liberty to file supplementary reply to the show-cause notice for disclosing the documents, if any, within a week from date and the respondents are directed to pass reasoned and speaking order within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of this order. 6. WPA 8087 of 2026 is disposed of. 7. As the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of ‘Motion’ without calling any affidavit, the allegation made in the writ petition deemed to have been denied. 8. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all the necessary formalities. (Krishna Rao, J.)
