Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was incharge of Scout & Guide and has been given the charge of Scout and Guide after imparting training. The petitioner has been transferred vide the order impugned dated 07.07.2026 from Govt. Sr. Sec. School, 10 KD Rawla Goan, Sri Ganganagar to Govt. Sr. Sec. School, Dungrana, Hanumangarh where Scout and Guide Programme is not functional. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner may be permitted to file a representation before the respondents which may be directed to be decided expeditiously.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that vide office
order dated 17.07.2026, a Grievance Redressal Committee has been constituted in respect to transfer of single women/widow/divorcee/employees suffering from terminal illness and various other issues. He submits that the petitioner can file her representation before the Grievance Committee, which will consider the representation on the grounds raised by the petitioner in an expeditious manner and this petition can be
disposed at this stage.

4. Taking into consideration the grievance raised herein and also the fact that a Grievance Committee has been constituted vide office order dated 17.07.2026, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the petitioner to file his representation before the Grievance Committee within a period of seven days from today and the Committee shall decide the representation within a period of fifteen days thereafter, strictly in accordance with law by way of passing a speaking order.
5. With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition is disposed of.
6. Till the decision of the representation, the impugned transfer
order dated 07.07.2026 shall remain stayed qua the petitioner, if the petitioner has not joined joined at new place of posting.
7. It is made clear that if the petitioner fails to file a representation within a period of seven days from today, the interim order granted by this Court shall stand vacated automatically.
