The learned Standing Counsel for the State hands over a copy of the Status Report dated 05.07.2026, which, inter-alia, records that the missing girl has been traced from Madhubani, Bihar and her medical examination has been conducted at the JPC Hospital, Shastri Park, Delhi, in which she was found to be pregnant. On her statement, under Section 183 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, Section 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012, has been invoked. She was also produced before the Child Welfare Committee and her custody has been restored to her parents. 2. The girl is also present before us today. This is a digitally signed order.
