A restraint order has also been passed as against the appellant. 2. We feel that before we take up the appeal, the appellant must ought to file a review petition in view of the law laid down by the Apex court in the case of Ram Janam Singh vs. State of UP AIR 1994 SC 1722. If such a review petition is filed, the same shall be taken in light of the aforesaid judgment and examined on merits and the appellant may be given an opportunity of hearing. All the arguments may be taken up before the learned Single Judge in defense as being put up before us in appeal. 4. Till the review petition is decided, the effect and operation of the impugned order dated 15.05.2025 shall remain stayed. 5. The appeal is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
