Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor basing on the written instructions states that, pending the Criminal Petition, the police filed charge sheet and the same was numbered as CC No.422 of 2026, on the file of the III AMM Court, Ongole, and the same was settled before the Lok Adalat vide Award dated 11.07.2026 and the case is acquittal on 11.07.2026. 3. Written instructions of Station House Officer, Ongole Taluk Police Station is made part of the record. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has not disputed the submission made by learned Assistant Public Prosecutor. 4 5.
