This is a Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking quashing and setting aside of impugned Refusal Order dated 12.05.2026 passed by the Western Regional Committee and for directions to the respondents to conduct inspection of the petitioner institute and decide its applications for recognition for conversion/transition of the existing four-year integrated B.A. B.Ed./B.Sc. B.Ed. courses to the ITEP course from the present academic session 2026-27. 2. For the said reasons, issue notice. 3. Mr. Kapoor, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and fairly submits that the objections raised by him were considered in W.P. (C) 4860/2026 and connected matters, and vide common order dated 29.05.2026, the petitions were allowed. 4. Accordingly, the present petition is allowed and the impugned Refusal Order issued by the Western Regional Committee is set aside. The This is a digitally signed order. State of U.P., (2013) 2 SCC 617, are scrupulously complied with. 5. The entire exercise, including the issuance of show cause notices pointing out the deficiencies, furnishing of replies thereto, adjudication of such show cause notices, and all ancillary activities connected therewith or flowing therefrom, shall be completed on or before 10.08.2026 for the Academic Session 2026-2027. 6. Let a copy of the inspection report be also supplied to the petitioner. 7. The present petition, along with the pending application(s), if any, stand(s) disposed of accordingly.
