The petitioner has made representations on 16th March, 2026 (Annexure P-2 to the writ petition) and 12th May, 2026 (Annexure P-4 to the writ petition) with the respondent/DJB. He submits that the said representations be decided by the respondent/DJB in a time-bound manner. 4.
