Since the prayer can be directed to be decided by the respondent, we do not at this juncture feel it necessary to interfere in the writ jurisdiction, but with a rider that the Collector, Washim should decide the representation dated 05/01/2026 in accordance with law within six weeks from the production of this order. 3. Learned Counsel for the petitioner undertakes to produce a copy of the order passed today before the Collector within one week from today.
