The present writ petition has been filed seeking setting aside of the vacation notice dated 25th June, 2026 issued by respondent-MCD under Section 349 of the Delhi Municipal Corporation Act, 1957 (DMC Act) in respect of petitioner’s property bearing No. A-106, A-Block, Part-1, Pusta-1, Near VB School, Sonia Vihar, Delhi-110094 (‘subject property’). 3. It is stated that the petitioner has filed the representation with the respondent-MCD in respect of the aforesaid notice and the respondent-MCD has failed to consider the said representation. The said representation has been filed as Annexure P-4 to the present writ petition. This is a digitally signed order. Having heard the counsel for the parties, the present writ petition is disposed of while directing that respondent-MCD shall not take any further coercive action against the subject property till the time the aforesaid representation is decided by way of a speaking order. 6.
