Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the representation in terms of the said order could not be filed by the writ petitioner no. 13 namely, Most. Rani and consequently, the petitioner of this case namely, Most. Rani is seeking extension of time to file representation in compliance of the order 09.07.2024 passed in W.P.(C) No. 4493 of 2019. 4. Learned counsel for the opposite party- State has no serious objection to the prayer. 5. Considering the submissions, so far as the writ petitioner no. 13 is concerned, the time granted in paragraph 8 of order passed in W.P.(C) No. 4493 of 2019 to file representation before the respondent no. 3 of the writ petition is extended till 13th February, 2026 and pursuant to such representation, the respondent no. 3 is directed to act in terms of the directions issued in paragraph 8 of the order passed in the writ petition. 6.
