Heard, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and have also gone through the impugned order. 3. Learned APP opposes the prayer for bail. 4. The petitioner is the husband. The death occurred within two years of marriage. There is allegation of demand of dowry and torture. The death is unnatural. 5. Considering the aforesaid fact, I am not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner in connection with Domchanch P.S. Case No. 37 of 2025, pending in the Court of learned C.J.M., Koderma stands rejected. 6. Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed. 7. Since the trial is in progress, the trial Court will take all the steps to conclude the trial without giving unnecessary adjournment to the parties.
