The respondent no. 3 is directed to respond to the notice of 08.03.2026 by 20.03.2026 and thereafter, the Commission will take necessary steps to ensure the transfer of the petitioner to the vacant post of Assistant Teacher in the subject 8History9 in Bengali Medium at Madhyamgram High School (HS) by 31.03.2026. 3.
