He also assails a warrant of arrest dated 25.05.2026. 2. After some arguments, Mr. Beni Prasad Rathore, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw this petition. 3. Accordingly, the petition, alongwith pending applications, is dismissed as withdrawn. 4. It is clarified that this Court has not made any observation on the merits of the case.
