The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Hirodih P.S. Case No.1 of 2022, for offence registered under section 419, 420, 120 of IPC and Section 66(C)/66(D)/84 of I.T Act, pending in court of learned Sessions Judge II cum Special Judge, Cyber Crime, Giridih.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner has already complied with the notice issued under section 41(A) of the Cr.PC physically as well as in writing also.
4. Learned State counsel opposes prayer and submits that allegations are there.

In view of the statement of the learned counsel for the petitioner and considering the statement made in paragraph no.11 of the petition, he has already complied with the notice

issued under section 41(A) of the Cr.P.C physically as well as in writing and he was not taken into custody and as such there is no apprehension to the petitioner of being arrested, and hence, the petitioner is hereby directed to move before the learned court concerned by way of filing proper petition.
6. This anticipatory bail application being A.B.A. No.344 of 2026 is disposed of with the above observation.
