Jiya Lal Bhardwaj , Judge (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the mandate contained in the judgment dated 30.12.2025, passed by this Court in CWP No.20693 of 2025, titled, Parvinder Kumar vs. State of Himachal Pradesh & Ors., has been complied with except the amount of arrears. 2. Since the mandate contained in the judgment has been complied with, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present petition and the same is closed. However, it is made clear that in case the arrears are not released in favour of the petitioner, within eight weeks from today, in terms of the directions given by this Court in 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 aforementioned judgment, which is sought to be executed, the petitioner shall be at liberty to file an application for revival of the execution petition. 3.
