The present writ petition has been filed for the following relief :- “(a) for issuance of appropriate writ/ order/ direction mainly to the Respondent Nos. 3 & 4 to open Jamabandi in the name of the petitioner who is the legal heir / lineal descendant of the Khatiani Raiyat Kapil Nath Sonar, Dhani Ram Sonar and Situ Sonar Sons of Shalik Sonar. Dhani Ram's son Mani Ram Sahu and Mani Ram's son Sanjay Kumar Sahu (petitioner) is lineal descendant/Legal heir of the Khatiani Raiyat of land situated in Mouza-Kantu, under Revenue P/S.- Ratu measuring an area of 64 Decimals comprising in C.S. Plot No. 472. Pertaining to C.S. Khata No. 129 which is under possession of their family for 50 years and more.” 2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to work out his remedy in accordance - 1 - W.P.(C) No.5916 of 2022 2026:JHHC:635 with law. 3. Learned counsel for the State has no objection. 4. Accordingly, the present writ petition is, hereby, disposed of with the aforesaid liberty. 5.
