The applications stand disposed of. CRL.M.C. 4067/2026 and CRL.M.A. 16480/2026 CRL.M.C. 4538/2026 and CRL.M.A. 18819/2026 1. These two petitions essentially seeks for permission to produce the defense evidence, which has been rejected by the concerned Court. 2. Various submissions have been made by learned counsel for the parties to justify their plea. The Court, however, without undergoing into merits of the cases or otherwise; and with the consent of the parties, deems it appropriate to direct for one opportunity to the petitioner to produce the defence evidence. The Court also considers that the prosecution evidence was concluded in the year 2024 and the complaints are pending since 2010. 3. It is, thus, directed that the concerned Trial Court shall conclude the hearing of these cases within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of the order passed today. 4. The parties are also directed to fully co-operate in the early completion of the trial and sghall not seek any unnecessary adjournment. 5.
