By this application, the applicant is seeking condonation of 773 days in filing application for restoration of First Appeal. 2. In the present matter, though notices are duly served on the respondent, no one has put appearance on their behalf in the matter. 3. The averments made in the application are remain uncontroverted in the matter. 4. Hence, I have gone through the averments made in the application and satisfied that there is a sufficient reason for condonation of 773 days in filing application for restoration of First Appeal. The application stands disposed of. MISC. CIVIL APPLICATION ST. NO.3520 OF 2026 1. Learned Counsel for the appellant states that he will file the private paper book within a period of four weeks in the matter. 2. Accepting the statement of the appellant, the order dated 07.09.2023 is recalled to the extent of First Appeal No.313 of 2020. 3.
