GP FOR FINANCE PLANNING The Court made the following: 4 WRIT PETITION NO:24717 of 2026 ORDER:- Heard Sri K.Srinivasa Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Potham Vengala Reddy, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent Nos.5 to 7. 2. Challenging the action of the respondents in not releasing the total final bill amount of Rs.9,32,189/- due to the petitioner for the works executed by the petitioner, the instant writ petition is filed. 3. When the matter has been taken up for consideration, the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent Nos.5 to 7 has placed before the Court a copy of the letter received by him in the case. A perusal of the same would reflect that the said works were executed by the petitioner three (3) years back and the bills are under process for releasing amounts. 4. Having regard to the above, as the sum of Rs.9,32,189/- is admitted to be payable to the petitioner, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition directing the respondents to verify and process to remit the admitted amount of Rs.9,32,189/- to the petitioner within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of copy of the order. 5. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
