The petitioner being the registered society, has filed this writ petition praying therein to direct the respondents to construct a Road within the Colony of the petitioner-Society, for which, the members of the petitioner- Society have already filed an application. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that there is dispute in respect of title of the property in question. The members of the petitioner- society i.e. Housing Colony want that the road within their colony be constructed by the respondents. This type of relief cannot be granted in the writ petition, filed under Article 226 of the Constitution. Thus, I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition. Accordingly, the same is dismissed.
