This is a writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following prayers:- “a) Issue an appropriate directions to the respondents especially Respondent No.3, National Stock Exchange of India Limited, to immediately and forthwith remove PAN No. AAEPG4498A belonging to the Petitioner from the debarred/restricted list (ANNEXURE P-11), which continues to be wrongfully reflected on account of an erroneous and admitted PAN mapping/correlation, despite the Petitioner not being arrayed as a party or respondent in Company Petition No. 33 of 2025 pending before the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Ahmedabad; and despite the Petitioner having no connection whatsoever with the said proceedings; This is a digitally signed order. Mr. Tandon, learned counsel for the petitioner, appears for the petitioner and states that the prayers in the petition have been granted and the same stands satisfied. 4. Since, the prayers have been granted and the petitioner is satisfied, the petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the Court in case of any further difficulty/cause of action.
