The petitioner is an accused in connection with POCSO Case No. 87 of 2015 arising out of Lohsinghana P.S. Case No. 175 of 2024. The daughter of the informant was alleged to have been enticed away by the petitioner. The petitioner appears to be in custody since 27.08.2025. It further appears that the age of the victim was around 17 years when the incident had occurred. The impugned order further reveals the statement of the victim u/s183 BNNS in which she has stated that she was in a relationship with the petitioner for the last two years and on 18.09.2024 she had fled away to Giridih with the petitioner and thereafter to Bangaluru where she had solemnized marriage with the petitioner. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Regard being had to the 183 BNSS statement of the victim which clearly indicates a love affair between the victim and the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, POCSO, Hazaribagh in connection with POCSO Case No. 87 of 2015 arising out of Lohsinghana P.S.
