Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of respondent-State on written instructions submits that the police referred the FIR in Crime No.18 of 2023 of Puttaparthy Rural Police Station, Sri Sathya Sai District as “False” vide C.No.220/Refer-CN/SDPO-PTP/2026 dated 02.06.2026 issued by the concerned authority. 3.
