As such, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he be given an opportunity to move the appropriate application before the concerned Court of law. Prayer is allowed. However, it is seen that the petitioners were allowed interim bail protection by order dated 25.06.2026. Accordingly, the said order dated 25.06.2026 is extended for another 15 days from the date of receipt of this order during which, the petitioner may file proper application before the appropriate Court.
