Heard Mr. Virendra Verma, learned counsel for the petitioners. Also heard Mr. Shaleen Singh Baghel, learned Government Advocate for the respondents No.1& 2/State and Ms. Gayatri Chauhan, learned counsel for Respondent No.3. 2. By way of the instant CRMP, the petitioners have prayed for the following reliefs:- “It is, therefore prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow this petition and quash the FIR No.61/2022 registered at Police Station Bhatgaon, Baloda Bazar, District Baloda Bazar – Bhatapara (C.G.), in the interest of justice.” 3. At the very outset learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the trial emanated from the FIR No.61/2022 registered at Police Station Bhatgaon, Baloda Bazar, District Baloda Bazar- Bhatapara, C.G. has been concluded and the petitioners have been acquitted from the charges leveled against them and the instant petition has become infructuous. 4. Learned State counsel do not dispute the above submission. 5. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the 3 / 3 petitioners, the instant CRMP is dismissed as having become infructuous.
