ORDER
Heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor.
Petitioner and Respondent No.2 are present.
Sri K.L.Chowdary, learned Counsel is appointed as learned Mediator in this case and has submitted mediator’s report.
In view of the mediator’s report, the Criminal Revision Case is disposed of as compromised. Consequently, the conviction and sentence passed by the learned Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Kakinada, in C.C.No.187 of 2015, dated 11.05.2016, as confirmed in Crl.A.No.273 of 2016, dated 27.12.2019, by the learned VI Additional Sessions Judge, Kakinada, are set aside, as a result, the Petitioner is acquitted under Section 320(8) of ‘the Cr.P.C.’ There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, interlocutory applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
